Job Description:

Dynamic Residential Real Estate Owner/Manager in Manhattan is seeking a Human Resources – Payroll Manager.  Position requires a high energy, self motivated person to perform the following:

 

Manage ADP salaried and hourly payroll on a weekly basis.  Compile payroll information for hourly employees from time sheets and time clocks and enter into computerized ADP payroll system.  Coordinate the application, interview, and employment process.  Manage administration of benefits.  Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and Disability insurance.  Pay employees.

 

Job Responsibilities:Process payroll and payroll adjustments. Work with company managers regarding the application, interview and employment process. Coordinate applicant appointment process for new hires in assigned areas. Manage employee review process. Coordinate and process Flexible Benefits packages for new employees. Help employees review and understand benefits during benefits enrollment periods. Review company policy manuals to assure that all employees are adhering to company policies. Process and maintain records for long-term leave, worker’s compensation and disability. Assist with periodic Workers’ Compensation Audit. Prepare union benefits worksheets. Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operate effectively within an organizational structure; demonstrate trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
