IT Control Analyst

The Columbus Office of Apex Systems is looking for an IT Control Analyst for a 6 months to permanent position in Reynoldsburg, OH.

 

This candidate will assess the effectiveness of IT controls, identify exposures, and create recommendations.  This candidate will be responsible for assisting with the design and execution of annual IT risk assessments and audit plans.  You will be responsible for the design and maintenance of IT Control mapping with CA GRC. 

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills/experience:

 

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions

- Ability to analyze complex system components and implementation strategies and make recommendations

- Must have understanding of retail business models and operations

- Must have understanding of Microsoft Windows server, operating systems, iSeries, Linux

- Must have understanding of SDLC, database administration, web-based technology, network and security architecture, software applications

- Minimum of five years in an IT auditing role or comparable analytic position

- Experience with any of the following: privacy regulation, Sarbanes-Oxley GCC, BPC, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO standards

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university; ideal areas of study are computer science, business administration, or related fields

- Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, CPA) are ideal
