This consultant will work under the direction of the Corporate Director of Internal Audit. The IT Internal Audit Consultant will partner with the IT department and develops a risk assessment to determine areas to be reviewed annually. Along with reviewing IT SOX controls, develops the SOX risk assessment and determines the SOX controls to test annually. Performs SOX testing and communicates results.   Required Knowledge and Skills of IT General Controls, and IT environments. Along with in depth knowledge of IT SOX controls, testing and requirements. In addition, knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
