IT Support Administrator

Position Description

Assist with organizing the day to day activity of a busy technology department. Daily administrative activity relating to trouble reports, project management, security systems and telephone recording administration, data archiving and retrieval, in addition to management reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include trouble ticket entry and escalations, project coordination and task delegation, invoice review and reconciliation, 1st level PC support, contract administration, as well as routine IT support fulfillment. Additional responsibility will include report generation for various compliance and internal audit requirements in addition to departmental reporting.

Requirements

The successful individual will posses excellent organizational and written skills as well as proficiency with PC operations and software tools. Professional telephone skills and prior PC and/or user support experience are a plus. The nature of this work will also require a keen attention to detail. This is a newly created position which will require initiative, drive, and a sense of ownership. Associate or Bachelor degree in a related discipline, as well as two years experience in a customer support or administrative capacity is preferred. Job Code: RS-SA-CT
