Small-size US based company in privately owned establishment offers excellent opportunity in the Houston, Texas area at its manufacturing company. BS in Accounting, with minor in finance; Bilingual in Spanish a plus; CPA desirable.

Duties:
Overseeing budget, general ledger. accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed asset management; develops financial results to guide management decisions by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; preparing accurate internal & external recording and reporting of financial transactions needed by senior management; developing and providing background information.

* Conducts financial analyses to identify profit improvement opportunities by studying business opportunities; evaluating options; recommending courses of action.

* Complies with regulatory requirements by approving and filing statements and reports; filing returns, paying taxes.
* Obtains revenue and pays obligation by establishing accounts receivable and payable systems.
* Represents the organization by communicating and interacting with governmental agencies.
* Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results a needed.
