The successful candidate will join a team of experienced executives and focus his/her time on maintaining, calculating, and testing investment strategies and bringing them to market. The objective of the team is to develop, test, and launch strategies for the basis of Exchange-Traded Funds, Mutual Funds and various other financial products.

 

Responsibilities will include: Maintain daily quality control of indexes/strategies used as the basis for existing products in marketplace Process market data and prepare internal and external product reports for review and recommendationsAdditional projects to help senior development team create and develop cutting edge financial strategiesFully understand our investment criteria and methodology

The ideal candidate has most or all of the following attributes:Bachelor’s degree in Business areas such as Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred. Work experience (2-5 years)Strong desire to develop knowledge of Financial markets/productsAttention to detail and diligence is criticalAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentEntrepreneurial spirit/self starterIndexing experience desirable but not mandatoryFactSet and/or Bloomberg experience desirable but not mandatoryStrong computer skills particularly Microsoft ExcelComputer Science, Engineering degrees with desire to gain Financial securities experience also acceptable
