Our client, a Fortune 500 Healthcare Management company in Bethesda, MD is looking for a recent college grad with Finance/Accounting degree and at least 6 months of banking experience. As the TREASURY ANALYST of the company, you will be the person that will ensure the day-to-day Treasury activities are performed accurately and on time. Activities may include communicating daily cash needs to bank, preparing biweekly payroll and monthly inter-company transfers, importing daily transfer transactions from the company financial system to the bank system, system load of monthly reconciliation files, and collecting and depositing checks. Prepares all weekly cash reports. Maintains relationships with banks and investment managers. Maintains relationships with health plan staff and corporate accounting. Provides assistance to Treasury Supervisor and system administrator for banking systems as well as other functions. Performs routine and adhoc analysis as required. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1 to 3 years of banking, finance or accounting experience. CCM preferred. Proficient in a variety of software, database applications and mainframe accounting systems (Excel, Word, and Access). Strong problem solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills.
