The responsibilities of the Internal Auditor Manager or Senior include:

• Evaluating processes and structures and recommending improvements • Mentoring and training audit staff and supervising their collections of data and information • Testing the company’s systems for SOX compliance • Assisting in audits and developing audit plans • Analyzing audit data • Communicating the results of audits with management and other divisions of the company • Performing risk analysis • Evaluating company policies, procedures, and controls and ensuring that they apply well to the business • Reviewing and preparing documents, reports, and data related to Finance • Identifying risks and communicating information regarding those risks to others

 

 

The requirements of the Internal Auditor include but are not limited to:

 

 A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or another related field 4+ years of audit experienceSuper communication skills, verbal and non-verbal A willingness to travel 50% of the time – leaving Monday returning Thursday (3 short international trips per year)Great knowledge of business and auditing theory, principles, and systems CISA, CISSP, GIAC, or CIA certification would be great Strong analytical skills
