Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.CH2M HILL's Accounting team is looking for an International Project Accountant to join their Englewood team. An International Project Accountant performs a variety of routine to complex accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in the functional areas of project accounting, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial area. The Project Accountant is expected to understand and interpret data. The main responsibilities are: Accurate Revenue Recognition, Proactive Investment Management & Actual vs. Planned Analysis. Accurate revenue recognition includes: project set-up, project statusing and change management. Proactive investment management includes: billing in appropriate format per contract & client requirements, timely billings, timely collections, minimizing or eliminating any retainage or “short-pays”, paying vendors according to purchase order or subcontractor terms and project close-out.
