International Tax Analyst

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Coordinate international tax compliance and any related reporting Coordinate withholding tax compliance and related reporting Assist in coordinating the quarterly and annual income tax provision Assist with proposed transactions, M&A activity and internal company structuring
Tax planning and research Monitor and analysis of proposed and newly enacted legislation to minimize the company’s taxes Information collection and preparation of responses to tax agency audit requests. Financial Controls via Self Assessment audits/Sarbanes Oxley compliance 4-7 year tax and accounting experience Strong understanding of international tax principles as well as a good understanding of basic accounting principles. Experience with word and tax preparation applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and CorpTax. Previous experience in SAP enterprise application preferred.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and resource management skills are required.
