International Tax Manager

The responsibilities and expectations include:Prepare all calculations and complete the international elements of U.S. consolidated returns. Maintain and track all foreign tax attributes such as E&P, foreign tax pools, recalculate overall foreign loss limitations and make annual FTC limitation calculations. Assist the Director, Tax Compliance with quarterly and annual FAS109 calculations. Assist the V.P. Tax with all international and foreign tax planning and special projects are requiredCommunicate with business unit personnel to obtain information necessary to prepare tax filings Assist in training less experienced staff in all areas of tax compliance including software

The skills and experience we are looking for include:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (MT preferred)Minimum of 3 years with large public accounting firm3-5 years of progressive experience with a public companyMinimum of 5 years tax experience (state, federal and international)Working knowledge of tax compliance systems and software Excellent written and oral communications skills CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
