International tax Partner/Director
US based International tax firm is seeking a Partner/Director with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the planning division and also one in the compliance division.
Ideal candidates possess stellar technical ability, outstanding business acumen, advanced degree in tax law and/or accounting, and great people management skills. Second language fluencly considered valuable.
Transaction and planning Partner's experience should be focused on transaction and cross border planning with both US inbound and outbound investment. Candidate should possess significant experience with treaty issues, reorganizations, PFIC, subpart F, hybrid entities, and foreign tax credit planning.
Tax Compliance Partner's experience should include managing a US international tax compliance team that primarily prepares IRS Forms 5471s, 5472s, 8832s, 8858s, 8865s, 1116s, 1118s and 1042s.
