JUNIOR COST ACCOUNTANT

  JUNIOR COST ACCOUNTANT  Our client a manufacturing company based in Central NJ is in need of a Junior Cost Accountant. The Junior Cost Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and collecting data to determine the cost of business activities. The Junior Cost Accountant will assist in analyzing standard manufacturing costs along with measuring and investigating variances with actual costs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recording and reporting cost information for use in controlling expenditures, conducting audits, compiling cost information to be used in both capital and operating budget preparation, providing reports summarizing profitability of products and services, performing maintenance of ERP system to support cost accounting dates, estimating new and proposed costs, and assists in physical inventory and operational audits for multiple locations. Qualified candidate must have a 4 year degree in Finance and or Accounting.  1+ year’s previous cost accounting experience is highly preferred.    RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
