Working for the largest General Contractor/Construction Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, this individual's duties will include

Audit and payment of Subcontracts and Sub Pay Applications

Audit Field Office data input for Budget and Jobcost accounting

Prepare and input monthly Journal Entries

Miscellaneous Jobcost Data Entry

Analyze and prepare monthly Jobcost Performance reviews

Perform special projects.

 

Successful candiates must have a HS degree and 2-5 years of accounting experience (Job cost accounting highly desirable). Commercial Construction industry experience a must. Requires proficiency in MS Excel.  Commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines is a must.
