We currently seek an entry level Analyst in the National Property Tax Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Assist team with reviewing tax bills (real estate, personal property or landlord) for correctness Accurately enter all tax bill data in timely manner and forward to client for payment Assist in resolving all tax bill issues in a timely manner and ensure receipt of all tax bills Assist in analyzing all assessment notices Prioritize work load depending on near term due datesAssist with mail certifications Communicate with clients professionally on property tax issues or questions they may have Thoroughly understand and follow office procedures to effectively manage tax administration needs, including Employee Handbook and Tax Administration Procedures Communicate and coordinate with communications or utility department employees to completely satisfy all of our client’s tax management needs Provide an exemplary level of service, with integrity, to staff and clients that ensures total client delight Requirements: Strong analytical skills Attention to detail Multi-tasking skills to process volumes of work Organization/prioritization skills Commitment to accomplish all tasks within stated deadlines Communication skills with client staff, assessors and fellow employees Team player Basic office knowledge: phone skills, computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, letter (email) writing Good basic math and English skills Duff & Phelps is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
