The Regional Field controller coordinates business office training needs (i.e., Keane, ADP) and acts as liaison with health plans.  Must be knowledgeable of LTC business office procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.  Must be willing to travel minimum of 50% local and statewide to provide support and training.
