Large Public Company Seeking Senior Financial Analyst A large retail organization is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join the team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to the IT department reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The position will conduct financial reporting to the senior team. The career focus of the Senior Financial Analyst will be to develop and grow into a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate must have significant financial analysis experience and be highly motivated.Responsibilities: Develop forecasts and budgets that support the IT department. Analyze actual vs budget variances. Create models to report financial data. Conduct financial reporting to the senior team. Monitor and analyze project progress, budgets, and costs. Work closely with finance and IT in the strategic planning process. Analyze trends to provide innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.Qualifications: BS/BA in finance/accounting or related field. 4-7 years of financial analysis experience. Lawson and Hyperion Essbase experience.Additional Information: Proven leadership experience with ssuperb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and work as a part of a finance team.
