This position analyzes the bills to ensure that it is in compliance with the lease agreement. This position will also be required to enter the audit results in REM for billing purposes and issue written correspondence regarding the audit findings. The requirements are organizational skills, basic math skills, and good communication skills. They must be proficient in Excel & Word. Experience with Accruent REM software & Access Database would be a plus. The position would start ASAP and run 6-8 weeks. There is a possibility of going permanent based on performance.
