Lease Analysts

Performs and/or oversees the proper analytical interpretation of leases, assignments, title opinions, curative documents, operating agreements, farmout agreements and other related documents to construct and maintain chain of title.  Coordinates and verifies accurate and timely computer data entry and the continual service and maintenance of Company land assets in the Lease Records system.  Oversees the proper and timely conformance with various leases, regulatory and other contractual obligations to preserve Company land assets.Lease Records Analyst ($45-55k) Requirements: Degree in Petroleum Land Technology or equivalent industry experience required; Minimum of 5 years lease records analyst experience required; Working knowledge of oil and gas lease terms and provisions, farm-in and exploration agreements required; Excellent oral and written communication skills required; Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel and IBM data entry systems required. Sr. Lease Records Analyst ($65-75k) Requirements: Degree in Petroleum Land Technology or equivalent industry experience required; Minimum of 10 years lease records analyst experience required; Working knowledge of oil and gas lease terms and provisions, farm-in and exploration agreements required; Excellent oral and written communication skills required; Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel and IBM data entry systems required.
