Are you looking for growth potetial but feel there is no where left to grow at your current position?  The responsiblities include the immediate supervision of a staff of six. Bank reconciliations, all General Ledger functions, processing payroll journal entries, and processing month end financial and productivity reports to the partners.  Duties also iclude all Human Resources, administer all benefit packages (health, life, Short term disability, Long term disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, profit sharing and 401K plan). Must be able to multi task and have the ability to  “change gears” at a moments notice. As a whole, the entire staff is excellent and they stress a team enviroment. Degree helpful, but not necessary as well as legal industry experience.  Salary is negiotable depending on experience.  Please ask for Caroline when inquiring about this position.
