Small Collection Law Firm. Handle accounts from medical to auto deficiency

Requirements:

· Self motivated

· Have excellent customer service negotiation skills.

· Have an ability to solve problems

· Detail Oriented

· At least one year of collection experience. (Legal a Plus)

· Extensive experience dealing with consumer accounts.

· Collect on delinquent accounts utilizing skip-tracing and/or contacting consumers; establishing repayment terms and schedules.

· Supports legal action by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

· Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

Salary/Wage Range

Varies with experience, Commissions
