GameStop may be just the place for you!!!We seek a Licensing Lead to be responsible for assisting the Licensing Supervisor with all licensing and related duties, including business and secondhand licensing for all GameStop domestic stores. The position will also assist the Licensing Supervisor with updating of multiple Excel spreadsheets and Access databases and any research projects that may arise.  The successful candidate will be expected to develop the skills necessary to lead the licensing function in the absence of the Supervisor. Other responsibilities include:· Assist with the research of new store openings and renewals, including assurance that locations are zoned appropriately, gathering business license paperwork and assisting with processing. · Maintain spreadsheets necessary to prepare the business license budget. · Maintain multiple spreadsheets with regard to business licenses and secondhand licenses.· Research and help solve problems that arise.· Communicate with stores, DM’s, and cities regarding licensing.· Successfully supervise the licensing process and team in the absence of the Supervisor. Qualified candidates will possess the following: · High school diploma or GED with some college preferred.· Proficient in Word, Excel, and knowledge of Access.· Previous experience in compliance-related fields preferred.· Great Plains experience preferred.· Maintain a current knowledge of state and local regulatory requirements relating to licensing of domestic stores. GameStop offers a comprehensive benefits plan, associate discounts, tuition reimbursement, causal and fun work environment that offers challenging assignments, located near DFW airport.  We are currently accepting resumes for this great opportunity.
