Litigation Support Manager

We are currently looking for a Litigation Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

We are seeking a Manager to be part of our Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting group in our Fort Worth office.  Our Litigation Support practice provides clients with expert help and solutions for challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases.

 

Often working closely with attorneys, we provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony. The Litigation Support practice helps clients and their legal counsel reconstruct accounting and business records and provide the detailed analysis necessary to uncover essential facts and insights. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Perform and supervise detailed fact finding and accounting research and analysis

· Directs and develops computer models including detailed and potentially complex spreadsheet analysis
Supervises and conducts data gathering activities including document review and supervision, and quality control of data entry activities

· Supervises appropriate personnel including Associates, and others as appropriate.

· Responsible for engagement planning

· Prepares client communications for senior level review

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

· CPA a must 

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Forensic or fraud experience

· Experience leading and supervising engagement teams and staff

· Effective oral and written communication skills

· Experience in financial analysis (including financial statement analysis)

· High-level proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
