An overall understanding of quality client service, a proven track record of working in multifunctional teams and across multiple geographies, strong business acumen and the instinct to think and act globally are essential for advancement within Deloitte Services LP.   Applicants or employees with disabilities must be offered any reasonable accommodations, which are necessary for them to be able to perform the essential functions of a position.   Job Overview:  Provide a wide range of mail/copy services to the employees of the PracticeServiceCenter.     Job Responsibilities:   ·       Mail/Package delivery and pick up from offsite Deloitte building ·       Sort and deliver all incoming mail ·       Assist PSC personnel with mail/copy services ·       Operate copiers, printers, fax machines, and overnight shipping programs ·       Stock and deliver supplies ·       Prep incoming and outgoing off-site boxes ·       Work with space management to coordinate move requests ·       Stock mail stations with paper and toner ·       Assist with other department activities·         High school diploma or equivalent ·         1-3 years experience in a similar mailroom position ·         Lift up to 30 lbs. ·         Good organizational and communication skills and basic computer knowledge.  Detail oriented and able to handle multiple duties. ·         Personal Automobile Liability Insurance Coverage-$300,000 combined single or $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury and $50,000 property damage liability About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
