Connolly Consulting Associates is a healthcare industry leader specializing in providing financial auditing, consulting and overpayment identification services to commercial insurers across the country. As a managed care claim auditor, you will be responsible for reviewing paid medical claims to determine whether an overpayment exists. Overpayment types include duplicate payments, terminated coverage, incorrect rates, and COB. Specific requirements are as follows:

 

5+ years healthcare claims/reimbursement experience
Knowledge of all healthcare standard code (CPT4, ICD-9, HCPCS and Revenue Codes)
Knowledge of insurance payor contracts
Knowledge of healthcare claim adjudication procedures and standards
Experience with managed care reimbursement
Proficient in Access and Excel
Previous auditing experience a plus
Previous managed care contracting experience a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
