Manager
Job Purpose:
Managing staff, serves customers by renting needed items, collecting payments, maintaining records, protects and recovers organization’s assets by monitoring accounts, collecting delinquent accounts.
Duties::
Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer services standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Determine needed items by interviewing customer.
Trains customer by providing operational instructions and cautions as needed.
Completes rental application by entering identification information, obtaining customer signature, obtaining copies of needed documents for verification, verifing application.
Completes rental contract; explaining rental policies and procedures; obtaining customer signature.
Collects revenue by computing rental charges; examining and entering credit cards; examining and verifying checks; receiving cash.
Prevents losses by monitoring customer accounts
Controls delinquent balances by locating and contacting customer on daily basis.
Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Job Requirements::
3+ years in management, sales, and collections.
Successfully pass background check and drug test.
