Requirements:The successful candidate will have a degree with 8-12 years experience including Big 4 public accounting or large public company experience combined with previous public accounting experience.Researching accounting for FASB, SEC AICPA, tax experience a plus.Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.CPA

Description:

Candidate will lead special projects for this global financial services company. Oversee due diligence for potential acquisitions or investments, provide accounting research, consulting and drafting of technical memorandums on proposed and/or completed transactions and issues. Assist in reviewing SEC reporting documents and provide technical accounting consultation on complex accounting issues. Support Disclosure and Audit, Committee activities and ensure proper training for corporate accounting policy and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
