The Wildlife Conservation Society’s Bronx Zoo is seeking applications for a Manger of Cash Room and G/S Accounting. The Manager of the Cash Room and G/S Accounting, under the direction of the Deputy Comptroller, will manage the Institution's cash rooms.  Have the ability to record and prepare reports regarding Business Services revenue & expense activities and to record various other inventory usages.

 

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Macros) and have a familiar with cash management software. Candidates must also have the ability to work with resident Accounting Software, as well as knowledge in using cash counting equipment & money sorters. Strong knowledge of NYS sales taxes. Ability to manage staff both on and off-site. Must be available to attend to cash room emergencies as needed. Two or four year Accounting Degree
