Jupitermedia currently has a job opening for a Manager, Enterprise Financial Reporting in the Darien, CToffice.  This position is responsible for leading the automation, standardization and simplification of areas including management reporting, corporate reporting, standard Finance/Accounting processes and tracking of key metrics. This position will ensure overall integrity of the financial systems, processes, and documentation for Jupitermedia.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create and lead the Center of Excellencefor accounting and finance;

· Drive automation, standardization, and simplification throughout the organization;

· Coordinate business and functional requirements for the global financial systems project and other key project initiatives;

· Partner with technical/business leaders and staff to rationalize and simplify corporate reporting, sub ledger processes, and structural business changes in the ledgers;

· Maintain the company's accounting policies, documentation, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley;

· Act as a liaison between business, technology and other departments on accounting matters;

 

Qualifications:

· BA/BS Degree in Accounting, with preference given to MBA or CPA;

· 5-8 years working for a  public accounting firm and/or corporate accounting department with audit experience;

· This position requires a demonstrated leadership presence/visibility and leadership experience;

· This position also requires outstanding analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills;
