Job Description Manager Financial Planning and Analysis- (SROADS)-34106 Duties/Responsibilities/Qualifications: A newly created position, this will be a key leadership role within the company. This individual will be responsible for the consolidation of planning, forecasting, reporting and business analytics as well as provide financial support to key business partners within the organization. Ultimately, this position will provide thought leadership in optimizing business results.Essential Functions:• Develop and maintain annual financial and operating plans • Develop and present the financial performance package to Senior Management • Model and manage margin analysis • Lead and develop product line and customer profitability analysis • Model the financial aspects of product development decisions • Evaluation of business decisions • Provide financial support to business partners to ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives. • Develop and manage inventory accounting • Lead process and system enhancements that result in reporting and analytic improvements • Prepare ad hoc analyses for the CFOEducation, Experience, and Skills Required:• BA in Accounting or Finance • MBA plus 2-5 years experience with heavy analysis • Excellent leadership skills • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, with emphasis in margin analysis • Solid analytical and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements • Extremely high level of accuracy & attention to detail • Ability to thrive in high growth entrepreneurial environment Compensation: DOE All Interested and Qualified Candidates Click Here to Submit Your Resume for Immediate Consideration.
