Manager Financial Reporting

SEC financial reporting, from periodic financial reports to stock and debt registration statements, including preparation of all MD&A and footnote disclosures and coordination of internal and external contributions to the reports.

 

 

Researching and providing guidance on internal accounting questions and issues, including the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and purchase accounting following an acquisition.

 

 

Supporting quarterly earnings release communications.

 

 

Involvement in mergers & acquisition activities, including preparing financial valuation models, assisting in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, performing due diligence, and briefing executive management.

 

 

Coordinating support of external financial audit.

 

 

Supervising 401(k) and DB Analyst including oversight of benefit plan audits and planning/forecasting expenses.

Experience -

Minimum 4 years Public accounting experience

Supervisory experience
