Manager, Global Accounting and Analysis (CN) 90-100k + bonus

 Dynamic international company on the NYSE  is seeking a Manager of Global Accounting and Analysis with international experience. This is a highly visible role to Senior Management. Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA a must. Approximately 5-7 years experience, with at mix of experience in Big 4 Public accounting as well as experience in Private accounting . Strong knowledge of GAAP required .

Duties will include:

 Support the North America and Latin America regions on GAAP accounting issues and provide accounting and reporting guidelines Gain an understanding of contracts and deals related to the North America and Latin America regions as well as the proper GAAP applications Obtain an understanding of regional forecasts and responsible for variance analysis between actuals and forecast Complete in depth analysis on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance reporting Develop and implement controls, process enhancements, and accounting policies. Work with External Reporting group to ensure that all supporting documentation needed for SEC filings is timely and accurately completed Liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure that all documentation required for audit review is accurate and complete Complete special projects and analyses as requested by senior management
