Manager, Global FP&A

Financial Manager – Global FP&A Reporting to the VP of Global Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for strategic and financial analysis for Monster worldwide. This is an integral and highly visible role in our organization.   Core FP&A team objectives Lead the Budget process for Monster worldwide. Monthly and quarterly forecasting of sales, revenue and expenses with the objective of maximizing shareholder returns. Internal Reporting to executive team and various business partners across the globe. External Reporting to Shareholders/Investors. Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by CFO and executive team.  Your Responsibilities Support financial planning and analysis globally. Lead the coordination of the annual budget process for part of the world Assist in the development of and participation in the long term strategic plan Lead the coordination the reforecast process for part of the world including data collection, reconciliation, report generation, analysis, and process improvement. Work closely with selected regional leaders and regional finance directors to understand all critical assumptions, risks and possible adjustments to actual results, budgets and forecast Understand key business drivers and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information and analysis that allows for decision-making. Develop and implement process changes to improve operational and financial performance. Prepare various other analyses and presentations as needed to CFO, investors, etc. Influence decisions, drive processes and obtain results in an efficient, collaborative manner.   Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance. MBA/CPA a plus. 5-7+ years of demonstrated growth and development in a dynamic financial environment. Strong understanding of Financial/Accounting principles. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail a must. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning & Reporting a plus. Ability to work in a high-paced, deadline driven environment. Individual should have good written and oral communications skills and have demonstrated influencing skills. Proven record of success with limited supervision.
