Manager, Investor Relations

Other duties include maintaining Q&A response documents, tracking of peer group activity and developing other market related information for senior management.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:The Manager should have a minimum of five years of increasing responsibility and experience in investor relations, public relations and/or finance. Strong writing and editing skills, presentation development skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail are required. The Manager must have a fundamental knowledge of corporate financial statements and investment analysis. In addition, a solid understanding of major corporate and division strategies, competitive environments and products will be necessary to execute the responsibilities of this position.In addition to the required bachelor s degree, the Manager must be current with developments in business and industry. Preferred Qualifications:While not required, knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.An advanced degree or post-graduate work is not required but is highly desired.
