- Review and generation/transmittal of all federal, state and local payroll tax reports from PeopleSoft
- Review and generation/transmittal of all state unemployment tax reports from PeopleSoft
- Review and generation/transmittal of payroll tax vouchers through JD Edwards and PeopleSoft
- Coordination of data requests from other Finance Departments with Company from JD Edwards and PeopleSoft
- Preparation of quarterly and annual federal, state and local payroll and sales tax returns for multiple legal entities
- Review and preparation of federal, state and local withholding payments for multiple legal entities
- Coordination of unemployment rates with outside unemployment claims vendor
- Supervision of 2 payroll tax staff

- Excel/Word proficiency

Minimum Education
- Four year college degree required

Minimum Experience
- One to three years of payroll tax or three to five years of payroll
- One to three years of PeopleSoft experience

Preferred Field-of-Expertise
- Three years of experience with other tax software products noted above
- Experience in the Staffing Industry
