Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Project/Program Management Reference Code:  GB-33094-505576 Location:  Winston Salem, NC 27107 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Dynamic, stable, growing Triad area manufacturing company is seeking a strong Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team.  Specific requirements asked by the client are: Responsible for the business support/financial analysis activities for the company, as well as internal controls monitoring and business process design/improvement for efficiency and effectiveness 12-18 years experience with a minimum of 3-5 years supervising/managing Background should include emphasis in business support and financial analysis with solid exposure to internal controls requirements Sarbanes-Oxley internal control requirements BS in Accounting or Finance MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred Duties will include compliance with continuous financial analysis for multiple areas of the company, and budget preparation.  At least 3 years of audit experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in financial analysis and/or cost accounting.  Constant financial analysis of all phases of the company’s cost structure, customer/profitability margins, budget variances.
