Manager of Fiscal Services

ACES is seeking a Manager of Fiscal Services to provide direction and support of all financial services under the direction of the Asst. Exec. Director for Finance and Operations.

 

Responsibilities include: Supervision of the Fiscal Services staff; long-range planning, needs assessments, research and evaluation of fiscal activities; accounts payable & receivable, oversees the general ledger; planning, development and support of  budgets/revenue flows & expenses, cost and forecast for revenue results; prepares reports for various government agencies; maintains financial software systems; prepares for and coordinates annual audit as well as Federal and State single audit reviews.



Requirements include: BS in Accounting with MS or MBA and/or CPA preferred plus five (5) years exp in governmental fund accounting w/knowledge of GAAP.  Must be knowledgeable in administrative computing platforms and personal computer applications.  Five (5) years or more of supervisory experience.
