Manager of Sales Information

Our client is a global pharma and medical device company is seeking talented executive professionals with exceptional leadership personalities.  The Manager of Sales Information will be working with and supporting a sales force - calculating commissions - real contracts - territory alignment - sales operationsJOB DESCRIPTION:Manage monthly sales reporting process including the activities of 4 Sales Analyst. RESPONSIBILITIES: Publish and ensure accuracy of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting packages.Coordinate preparation of Powerpoint presentations for Senior Sales Management for monthly and quarterly business reviews.Coordinate annual sales contest, including involvement in design and communication, and calculation of winners.Manage the annual quota process.Facilitate criteria development of annual Sales Awards and provide analysis to determine winners.Work with Senior Sales Management on communication and incentive tools for the field sales force.Ad Hoc requests.  QUALIFICATIONS: Prior Supervisory Experience preferred.
