This position requires at least 5-10 years of industry and /or public accounting experience. The Manager of Tax Reporting will have primary responsibility for the Company's Quarterly and annual preparation of Federal/State income tax provision under FAS 109 and FIN 18, the implementation of FIN 48, and working with Human Resources on the tax implications of FAS 123R. This position will also be responsible for drafting the tax disclosures for SEC filings, and for the required tax-related financial controls under Sarbanes-Oxley. This position involves advising the company on the financial statement tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, as well as for tax minimization and other corporate activity. The Manager of tax reporting will also be responsible for providing industry knowledge and tax technical expertise, and will assist in special projects where needed. This role will report directly to the Corporate Tax Director. Successful candidates will have outstanding communication and leadership skills and will thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment. There will be substantial interaction with the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Director of Financial Reporting, the Vice President of Tax and Treasury, as well a the Company's Audit firm.



Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience- combination of Big 4 and large multinational corporate experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Knowledge of Oracle preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines required.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience with Tax Stream is a plus
- Strong teamwork ethic required
