Manager of Treasury Services

 Responsibilities:Responsible for the identification and implementation of best practices in global treasury management and conversion of these practices into policies and procedures that gain or maintain our position as a world-class provider of Corporate Treasury Services.Responsible for the Treasury Management Workstation System, achieving and maintaining full and continued effective utilization. Continued development of system procedures and controls. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our banking service providers.  Ensure appropriate benchmarks and scorecards to manage the many various product line offerings provided.  Develop and maintain effective presentation materials as needed.Development of strategies and systems to provide the most cost-effective global cash structure that meets both capital structure and tax strategy requirements.  Partner with the Assistant Treasurer to develop and implement an appropriate capital structure strategy that includes global debt planning, ensuring low cost of funding for NMHG and appropriate debt levels on a global basis.

Qualifications:Graduate degree in Finance or equivalent experience8-10 years Progressive Finance/Treasury experience preferably in a global manufacturing environment Demonstrated strong Systems knowledge and experience  Demonstrated understanding of multiple financial disciplines including accounting, tax and treasury. Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
