Background/Work Experience Required:

Audit Manager

Ideal candidates will have six (6) to ten (10) years experience providing audit and attest services to the Federal government industry. Specific experience working with government contracts is required plus one or more of the following:

§ Knowledge of Federal Financial management/accounting regulations such as FASB, GASB and/or FASAB statements, GAO Yellow Book requirements and/or OMB and US Treasury pronouncements.

§ Possess audit and accounting technical expertise and the ability to conduct and manage audit and accounting services.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.

§ CPA required.

§ Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

§ Understanding of Internal Controls and/or A-123.

§ Project management experience including supervising a team.





Senior Auditor/Accountant

 

Ideal candidates will have two (2) or more years of experience providing audit and accounting services, preferably in the Federal government industry. Specific experience working with government contracts is required plus one or more of the following:

§ Proficient knowledge of GAAP; GAAS; GAO Yellow Book; and federal regulations, guidelines, standards and concepts.

§ Possess audit and accounting technical expertise and the ability to conduct audits and financial advisory service.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.

§ CPA/CGFM preferred, not required.

§ Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

§ Experience supervising and directing team members.

 

 

Staff Auditor/Accountant

 

Ideal candidates will have 0 to two (2) years of audit and/or accounting experience, preferably in the Federal government industry plus one or more of the following:

§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.

§ Must have strong interpersonal skills.

§ Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
