Manufacturing Controllership

A prominent global organization specializing in the manufacturing of heavy duty rubber products seeks to hire a new controller.  The ideal individual will be able to accept the new position and begin working by sometime in May.

The individual hired will be responsible for:
1. Experience working within a manufacturing environment and a strong grasp of cost accounting
2. Direct and coordinate all facility budgeting and financial planning
3. Manage the Finance Department
4. Oversee and make recommendations to Senior Management in relation to foreign operations (including budget development).
5.  Direct and prep for audits.
6.  Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:
1.  5-10 years experience in a Controllership role or in a Finance Management position.
2.  A degree in Accounting or Finance. (Secondary degree preferable).
3.  CPA certification (preferable, not required).
4.  Immediate and strong knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and GAAP.
