Marketing Associates work with Fisher Investments marketing manager(s) to help plan, execute, and manage the firms marketing activities. This dynamic position requires active involvement in multiple layers of the marketing process, including planning, creative development, scheduling, production, reporting/analysis, and optimization.

 

The Marketing Associate position is a cross-functional role with active involvement in some or all of the following direct marketing and marketing communications programs.

 

Direct / House / Email Marketing: List Selection, User Segmentation, Creative Development, Campaign Management


Fulfillment: Print Collateral, Fulfillment Kits, Production Schedule, Inventory Management


Marketing Collateral: Print/Production, Brand Management, Vendor Management, Inventory Management


Online/ Search Engine / Marketing: Media Buying, Media Planning, Ad Trafficking, Campaign Management, Web Content Production, Keyword Search Marketing


Analytics / Reporting: Development of tracking and reporting methodologies for a wide array of marketing campaigns, optimization of our marketing efforts by analyzing results and providing recommendations

 

Qualifications:


• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Great communication and people skills
• Strong creative and writing skills is a plus
• BA or related degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience working with databases (MS Access) is a plus
