Mutual Fund Conversion Specialist - Large Investment Bank

Job Description:  We are seeking a MF Conversion Specialist in Downtown Manhattan who will be involved with complex or conversion activities as directed by the Conversion Services Manager. You will provide highly specialized technical and processing support to the various conversion teams. This support includes, but is not limited to systems expertise and advanced subject matter training or experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tolls to streamline the existing conversi-+V30n activities. You will also be responsible for producing management reporting.

Business Skills: 
* Must have extensive knowledge of securities and trust accounting theories and practices
* Must be familiar with PC applications, web-base systems and should have a thorough understanding of asset transfers (securities, collective/mutual funds)
* Must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to independently and under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
* Must demonstrate effective leadership skills.
* Requires 7 years of securities experience.

Education/Licenses/Certifications: 
* Must possess a bachelors degree with a concentration in Accounting or
* Finance preferred or comparable work experience.

Full/Part Time:  Full Time

Customary Work Schedule/Standard Hours:  9-5, 35 Hrs Mon-Friday
