National CPA firm looking for audit and tax - Staff, Sr. Mgr and Ptrns

International CPA and consulting firm is opening an office in Los Angeles and Orange County, CAThis 2,000 person+ firm (specializing in SEC, sports, entertainment, investment and real estate clients) has 10 positions in our Orange County and Los Angeles office. We have audit and tax positions. Both partner, Manager and Senior positions. Our firm provides audit, tax and consulting services to all industries. Our clients include investment firms, real estate investors, hi tech and professional atheletes. This is fast paced, exciting and fun job. Our offices are in "class A" high rise buildings in Los Angeles.Our firm has been in business for 30+ years and has 2,00+ professionals worldwide. We are expanding to several other major Pacific Coast cities in the U.S in the next 3 years.Experience: Recent public accounting experience is required. You can have either audit or tax experience. B.S. Degree is a must. Compensation is $65k up to $250k plus bonus.Responsibilities: include tax, audit/accounting and/or consulting. You will perform tax returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships and corporations. Audit sports and entertainment and investment and real estate companies, including SEC. Provide accounting services such as temporary controller for small entertainment firms or high net worth estates. Financial consulting such as investment services to the executives of corporations. You can chose a tax or audit department or perform duties in both areas. We also work with a national M&A firm to assist them with due diligence.Benefits: Also, medical, dental, vision and 401k plan.
