Needed: Outstanding A/R Coordinator!

Accounting Principals is looking for an outstanding A/R Coordinator!  The right candidate will have extensive computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and excellent data-entry skills.  Also needed is the ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, prioritize, think independently and solve problems, as well as be a team player.  Only candidates with at least 4-5 years of experience in A/R will be considered, and only recent Accounts Receivable experience will qualify you for the position!Some Job Responsibilities:Process invoices for shipments and miscellaneous items on a daily basis. Reconcile invoices processed to system reports on a daily basis. Review A/R aging on a daily basis and contact customers for outstanding invoices that have exceeded terms. Work directly with customers, salespeople, and business managers to resolve collection problems. Makes recommendations to management regarding collectability of accounts. Provides a status report/worksheet to management on a weekly basis.
