New Accounts Analyst

The New Accounts Analyst - will assist with the review and approval of options and structured products. Processing and analyzing options and structured products documents. Meeting daily deadlines in accordance with regulations. Working with LPL representatives and building relationships with internal departments. Provide superior customer service to large base of financial advisors. Candidate must be familiar with the SEC and FINRA regulatory environment and requirements. Helpful experience or knowledge would include: regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization; branch office supervision; front office or back office of a brokerage firm or investment adviser. Options Principal Series 4. Familiar with option account approval process, applicable rules and regulations and be in accordance with LPL stated policies. -Bachelor's degree in business related field or equal experience - Series 7 required - Series 24 required - Series 63 and 65 (or 66) required - Series 4 required - 2+ years previous securities industry experience - Ability to function cooperatively, and build consensus on compliance issues among managers, employees and representatives - Excellent oral and written communication skills -Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment -Thorough and detail-oriented with strong investigative skills -Highly analytical with excellent research skills -Knowledge of NASD, SEC, and State rules and regulations   Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment MS Office, Siebel, Acorde/Imaging, and Microbank, BETA knowledge and experience is preferred. Must be a strong team player and have a great attention to detail BA/BS Degree preferred and/or prior related work experience or knowledge of the financial services/securities industry.     We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
