About the job

In this temp to perm position, you will conduct outbound sales prospecting by phone to deliver qualified leads to Copanion sales professionals. Your mission is to “pre-sell”, develop leads and lead sources and create interest and awareness in Copanion products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, telemarketing or lead generation. You must be a quick learner who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and great people skills. Most importantly, you must be resilient, and be someone who won't take "no" for an answer.

Essential Functions:Demonstrate effective telephone skills to “pre-sell” and qualify leads for Copanion Sales Representatives.Skilled at reaching decision makers and sourcing new business.Deliver benefit statements, handle objections, and document each call.Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles and strive to improve skills and achieve 100% of sales and lead generation goals.Ability to attract new customers through the use of trials and promotions.Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential sales and leads.

The ideal candidate will have/be:A proven track record in sales/telemarketing/lead generation. Effective verbal and written skills.Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel a must. Motivated by incentive/goal/metric driven environment.High energy and ability to adapt to change.
