OEM Business Manager

OEM Business Manager Job Description: ·  As Business Manager for the US OEM team, you will be directly responsible for ongoing development and implementation of strategic business management, business planning, financial management, and Partner Account Manager Community Development for the team, as well as provide key business insights into the US OEM business through monthly data analysis. The successful Business Manager will have the ability to think strategically and be able to effectively develop key processes and procedures that facilitate consistent efficient management of the business planning process. The Business Manager will provide insights and advice to management around financial and operational issues, and participate in overall strategy decisions. This position reports to the General Manager of the US OEM team, and is based in Redmond, WA. ·  Business Management/Planning: Provide leadership in driving all business operations of the US OEM Team.·  Manage, drive and run the monthly end business process including Business Review, and developing content for the US and WW SMSP business reviews and MSUS business review.·  Determine ongoing business strategies and process to support the goals/objectives of the group including:·  Budget management·  Rhythm of the business·  Internal US OEM Portal Site Job Requirements: ·  Financial Management: Provide leadership in driving all financial management operations of the US OEM Team. Manage, drive and run Month end & Finance Process including:·  Operating Expenses·  Marketing, Vendor, Contingent Staff spend Lead and drive fiscal year budgeting process Lead and drive monthly forecasting process.
