Office Accountant

Seeking a self-starter for the position of Accountant/Office Manager. The job responsibilities involve but are not limited to AR, AP, GL, payroll (ADP), 401K coordination, job reconciliation and invoicing, bank account reconciliation, sales and use tax, commission reports, maintaining job/invoice spreadsheets, assist with basic HR and insurance issues, assist with organizing marketing materials, and providing strategic insight regarding cash flow and the overall financial health of the company. A passion for accounting, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate in a team environment is a must.
